Is there a voice inside of you that you’re trying to quiet? It is so easy to ignore ourselves, out of fear or doubt, but truth cannot be silenced. These feelings will grow until you can no longer hold them back, like a cracked dam, the water will eventually find a way to break through. Have you noticed that the longer you keep something inside, the worse it makes you feel? The more worry, anger or resentment manifests itself? Honor your thoughts and feelings by allowing them to see the light of day, journal, speak to a friend, write a song- all of these actions help us to process.
