Take a few deep breaths right now and release all that is clouding your mind, all that needs to be done, everything that has been pulling your attention away from your innate sense of inner peace. Take a bath or go for an unplugged walk in the forest and allow yourself to daydream.
Now is not a time for doing, but undoing- unwinding, releasing and establishing solid ground from which to move forward.
It is often easier to move through life as we always have, repeating the same patterns without fully understanding how we got here again.
Be pragmatic, analytical, investigate how you can do things differently this time in order to grow.
