29.Release

You may be in a state of overthinking right now, there are so many people you need to care for and nurture that there is little time for yourself when the day comes to a close.

This is a gentle reminder to put your well being ahead of the rest- you simply cannot take care of others when you are in a state of disarray. Taking care of yourself is not selfish, it is absolutely necessary in order to avoid burnout.

Release all expectations you (or others) have for yourself, some may not take kindly to this- these are the people you must re-establish boundaries with.
