Stretch your legs, take deep breaths, open the door and go. You don’t have to have a destination in mind, sometimes all you need is a little fresh air to get your mind-juices flowing.

You may feel as if there are so many people or ideas begging for your attention- right now, committing to anything is not a good idea. Feel it out, consider your options, but know that you do not have to make any choices just yet.

Anything worth your energy will still be available to you when YOU are ready, don’t be swayed by even the sweetest offerings unless they feel absolutely resonant and aligned with your personal goals and values.
