Have you noticed that all you want is a cup of cocoa and a cozy blanket to curl up in as you watch a show you’ve seen so many times you have lost track?

Give in.

Your body needs some time to rest and regain strength. While we may see sleep and passive activities as laziness, that is not one hundred percent true- sometimes, amidst the chaos, we need time to refocus, this is where we gain our energy to accomplish all that life is asking of us. Try to see this time of inaction as a momentary power-up- you deserve it!
