21.Balance

Too much of any one thing can quickly become not so good, right?

Balance is a journey through experimentation and it is different for everyone. As with most things in life, what we find to be a healthy balance is always changing, evolving. Now is a time in which you need to reevaluate balance in your life, what looks good on the outside doesn’t always feel great on the inside. Write a list, journal, clear your head and allow your heart to guide you through this momentary growing pain. Balance will be restored in your life eventually, practice patience.
